January Monthly Member Meeting

The January Monthly Meeting is intentionally framed around the idea that Roe was a baseline, not protection. Longstanding inequities in access existed before Dobbs, and current threats—including the MIFE fight and renewed efforts to advance a total abortion ban—are accelerating at the state and local level. While these attacks are statewide, local levers remain some of the most viable opportunities to intervene and build power. Hearing from Shanette Williams will ground this conversation in the real ramifications unfolding across Georgia and help connect policy threats to concrete local impact and action.
