Maternal Mortality Crisis Townhall: Community Leaders Call for Action

Join us on Saturday, September 27 at 10:00 AM ET to take action for reproductive freedom!
Georgia faces one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the country, with over 60% of these deaths being preventable through better access to care and timely intervention. The crisis disproportionately impacts Black women, who are three to four times more likely to die from pregnancy-related complications.
Join Mishael White, candidate for Georgia State House District 81, and Mayor Sandra Vincent of McDonough for a Maternal Mortality Crisis Townhall. This important event will bring together a panel of medical and policy experts, community leaders, and advocates to discuss solutions, elevate community voices, and outline strategies to save lives.
Together, we can confront this crisis and work toward a healthier, more equitable Georgia for all families.
When you RSVP, we will send you an email with information about how to join the event. The information will also be available on this page. This invitation is non-transferable. For safety, please do not share the location information with others. If you would like to invite friends, they must RSVP themselves.
