Pride to the Capitol is a joint day of action led by Reproductive Freedom for All, in partnership with HRC Georgia, bringing together LGBTQ+ Georgians and allies to demand bodily autonomy, dignity, and freedom from political interference in our lives.
Reproductive freedom is an LGBTQ+ issue. From attacks on abortion access and contraception to bans on gender-affirming care and restrictions on family formation, the same politicians are advancing a broader agenda to control bodies, relationships, and personal decision-making. Pride to the Capitol makes that connection visible at the Georgia State Capitol, during the legislative session, and directly in front of lawmakers.
This day is designed to move participants from shared understanding→public visibility →direct action, regardless of prior advocacy experience.
