Join us on April 11 at 6:00 PM ET to rest, reflect, and reconnect after the legislative session!

After a busy session, it’s time to take a moment for yourself! Enjoy soothing sound baths, relaxing massages from a professional masseuse, yoga, and delicious snacks to nourish both body and mind. This is your chance to rest, reflect on your journey, and reconnect with yourself and others in a peaceful, supportive space. Take a deep breath, recharge, and prepare for the next chapter! 

After you RSVP, we will send you an email with information about the event. The information will also be available on this page. You can also bring friends to the event; just be sure to have them RSVP! 

Additionally, if you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you to participate in the yoga session, as mats will not be provided.
